Returns & Exchanges

At Splendies, we want you to love your new intimates, but due to the delicate nature of our products, we can only accept returns on unworn items with original tags attached. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please initiate your return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and hygienic liners remain intact.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; your refund or exchange will be processed once we inspect the items.
